Refund & Return Policy
All sales are final. We do not offer returns or exchanges for reasons of preference, language, or content once an order has been placed.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we're happy to help. You must contact us within 7 days of delivery to be eligible for a replacement or refund.
How to Report an Issue
Email us at roozi.info@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of any damage or error. We will respond within 2 business days.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item was damaged in transit or you received the wrong product, we will provide a replacement or issue a full refund. In some cases, we may request that the original item be returned to us.
Refund Timeline
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we confirm the issue.
Non-Returnable Items
All items are final sale. Gift cards, digital downloads, and custom or personalized orders are not eligible for refund under any circumstance.
