At roozi, we ship internationally from Canada. All orders are processed within 2–4 business days. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information (if applicable).

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and vary based on destination and order size. Customers are responsible for any applicable customs or import fees upon delivery.

Delivery estimates:

Canada: 2–7 business days

USA: 5–12 business days

International: 7–21 business days
